What's the capacity?
The Lordsmere Suite seats between 90 and 100 guests depending on your layout. The 1904 Bar & Lounge is available alongside for arrivals and overflow.
Is there parking?
Yes — free on-site parking throughout your event.
Can we bring our own cake?
Yes. If your cake isn’t supplied by a registered food business, a signed disclaimer and full allergen list will be required.
Can we have a sweet table or donut wall?
Yes — a signed disclaimer and liability certificate will be required.
Can we bring a chocolate fountain?
Yes, provided it is manned for the full duration. There is no access to the kitchen for cleaning purposes.
Can we use our own suppliers?
Yes. We’ll need copies of public liability insurance and PAT testing certificates where applicable.
What time does the bar close?
The bar closes and music must end at midnight, with guests vacating by 12.30am. A bar extension to 1am may be available at an additional cost — speak to your coordinator.
Can we set up the day before?
Subject to availability — additional charges apply. Speak to your coordinator.
Is there a minimum spend?
Room hire charges are waived for bookings of 50+ three-course meals or 80+ buffet guests. Below these numbers, room hire charges apply.
